The Nakatani Test is a modern and scientific method for assessing the body\u2019s energy balance and temperament, rooted in Eastern medicine and the principles of vital energy (Qi) equilibrium. In this test, the functional state of internal organs is evaluated by measuring the skin\u2019s electrical conductivity at specific points on the hands and feet.<\/strong> <\/p>

Test point locations<\/h3>

In the Nakatani method, a total of 24 test points <\/strong>on the body are examined.<\/p>

  • There are 6 points on each hand <\/strong>and 6 points on each foot.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • These points are located precisely along the body\u2019s energy pathways (meridians),<\/strong> and each one is connected to one of the major internal organs.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              How the test is performed<\/h3>

              During the test, the patient holds a metal electrode in their right hand <\/strong>while the practitioner uses a special probe to measure the test points on the left hand<\/strong>. The same process is then repeated in reverse for the other hand and subsequently for the feet.<\/p>

              Each point has a specific level of electrical resistance or conductivity, which is measured by the device. The obtained values are interpreted according to the standard Nakatani chart and indicate the state of energy balance within the body\u2019s various meridians. <\/p>
