They should avoid pepper, spicy foods, lamb meat, and fried dishes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1127\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1179\">Sanguine temperament (warm and moist \u2013 element of air \u2013 spring season)<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1579\">\n<li data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1259\">\n<p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1259\">Physical characteristics: large body frame, strong muscles, rosy or reddish skin, and moderate body hair.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1355\">\n<p data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1355\"><strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1281\">Personality traits:<\/strong> friendly, warm-hearted, cheerful, sociable, and sometimes prone to oversleeping and comfort-seeking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1435\">\n<p data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1435\"><strong data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1382\">Signs of imbalance:<\/strong> excessive blood flow, dizziness, itching, body heaviness, and a strong sensation of heat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1579\">\n<p data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1579\"><strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1451\">Recommendations:<\/strong> consuming cool and dry foods such as lentils, sumac, lemon juice, and pomegranate is recommended. data-end=\"2591\">Innate or congenital temperament:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2591\" data-end=\"2594\">A natural balance inherited from the parents, which remains relatively constant throughout data-end=\"2885\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2887\" data-end=\"2922\">The role of the liver in the formation of temperaments<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2923\" data-end=\"3064\">In traditional medicine, the l<strong data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"2974\">iver is considered the center of digestion and the production of the four humors<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2979\" data-end=\"2982\">After food is digested in the stomach, it enters the liver, where it is transformed into the four main humors:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3065\" data-end=\"3155\">\n<li data-start=\"3065\" data-end=\"3077\">\n<p
